You may have seen the screenshot or profile of the new Rats that will infest the upcoming patch 1.27, and now you can have them swarm all over your desktop with this new rats wallpaper, featuring both Rats and Dire Rats.

If only NWN had that much atmosphere to it... But perhaps I've just played modules where the builders haven't used atmospheric effects like fog as well as possible. Or perhaps I'm just picky. But I don't find NWN very creepy. 
Any suggestions to make you jump out of the chair?

Make sure to check out the Witchwork module when it comes out. (It will be available soon...) I played it in beta form and it's quite atmospheric and creepy...

Ok, this and the new Plot Wizard and whatever else they include... it all looks great, but content without delivery is just fluff and hype. Can we get some kind of ETA on 1.27? Maybe I missed it somewhere but I've never seen any kind of time frame on when we can expect all these goodies to surface in live format. |
