I would expect that if you forgot an anniversary with this woman you would be in for far more than a few days of simmering silence followed by years of guilt. The Female Fire Giant would set your favorite building on fire and eat your car. Fire Giants are far more civil than their frosty cousins and yet are far more calculated and malicious in a behavior very similar to second graders.

Looking at this creature’s statistics in the toolset, I noted that there only seems to be three differences between this creature and the male fire giant. I have questions about two of those differences.
1. The model itself is different (duh)
2. The female fire giant has the Great Cleave Feat while the male does not. Is this intentional or just an artifact of this feat not being available in the original game?
3. The CR was “artificially” lowered down to 10. Does this have any “real” impact on the game, or it is the CR just an abstraction of the relative power of a creature?
In other words, aside from the Great Cleave feat, is the female fire giant materially different from its male version? |
