I am A lvl 10 half orc warrior. Have cleared out tomb next to Green Griffon Inn except for brother Toras. Any hints or strategies for killing this tough mofo would help me a lot. Tthanks for any input and yes I am a noob so be gentle. |

The main thing that will stop your character stone dead are the various mind affecting spells he has. So take potions of clarity as he constantly tries to dispel them in order to paralyse you. Buff up with potions and or henchman spells before combat to hit him more effectively. Haste is a good idea. If you have any way to do it dispel his magical protections.
And most importantly have many critical healing potions Elemental protection or spell or anything(the ring)will reduce that need. Constantly monitor your health while hitting him and if he hurts you below half, drink a potion IMMEDIATELY because the next spell may kill you. Eventually he runs out and then it's a matter of hitting him.
You may need to use the stone if the potions run low.
Hit hit hit, oops drink, hit hit,ouch, drink, hit hit etc...Monitor what he is doing to you ALL THE TIME.
I find the best henchman in this fight is Linu as she can frighten all the lower undead, but I believe you said you killed them all already which is a good idea. |

Just to add to the first reply you had...
Knockdown is your best friend here, so sneak up on the guy by downing a potion of invisibility and use knockdown on your first hit. He can't cast spells when on the floor so keep doing knock down everytime he tries to get up. |

IIRC, he's fond of Chain Lightning (or some sort of electrical spell), so try to obtain an ammy or some item that reduces electrical damage.
