BioWare added a sign of the "Church of St. Gygax" and a statue of the master himself holding his trusty DMG.
Here's the pictures from the toolset: http://gallery.usticke.org/v/gaming/nwn_gygax/ _________________ Alec Usticke - alec@usticke.org NWNWiki & NWN2Wiki, databases anyone can edit Bastions of War team PvP arena server |

I believe that is from CEP. Does anyone have a screenshot of it? _________________ Alec Usticke - alec@usticke.org NWNWiki & NWN2Wiki, databases anyone can edit Bastions of War team PvP arena server |

CEP v2.1 Gary Gygax Load Screen
There is also the Gary Gygax DM Portrait by Tom_Banjo which may make it into a future CEP release.

Hes holding a D20, not his DMG.
(sorry nerdness took over)
Yeah I do love that futurama episode. Sharona asks about the monster manual on the IGN page. It is the original, and based on the detail, Groening (I think its Groening on Futurama) must have had a "copy" handy to copy from and probably not his memory. Which means he could be an original DnD geek!
The amount of time I spent on DnD, the word "Gygax" was not so much a name, but an overall descriptor of product. Like Kleenex is to facial tissue, everything our group of gamers had that gave us mass enjoyment had the word "Gygax" written on it somewhere. _________________ Why yes, that is an Undead Blackguard on a DracoLich mount..... now roll for initiative please! |

Hmm, anyone other besides me that get funky business from the Gygax sign in-game? Seems the right column vanishes, leaving a floating D20 in the air. Intentionally or not?

Strange, never happened when I tested it out. Do you have tile fade enabled?
The only animations are the flames if you turn the sign "on", the column should not disappear. _________________ Do not condemn the judgment of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong. - Dandemis |

I found it in the toolset, but does any of the tribute items appear in the OC or expansions or premium modules? if so where? |

Updated the blogpost. Thanks for leading me on the right path. I had the exact same problem. Fix it by unchecking the "static" box. Many of the new placeables are not suppose to be set to static and have the box grayed out (can't be checked). I suspect this object was never meant to be set to static even though its default blueprint is.
