I think there should be a white dragon disciple. One resists cold, the other fire. Just an idea. Requirements. Rouge or wizard. Feats.hardiness versus enchantments.

The PRC includes Dragon Disciples of other colours, IIRC, although the requirements are likely the same as for RDD and I can't see why a White DD's requirements would be what you suggest.
