I try to register Dragon age to my profile but it say the code is not valid and all of the code in game box are unable to redeem !
What should I do ? please help !  |

No one can seem to register their copy of Dragon age on the social site which is absolutely ridiculous, if you wont let us register our game and promo codes on launch day what was the point of having so many promo items? ...I am very disappointed in Bioware right now. |

Obviously they intended for it to work out of the gate, but technical problems happen. I think the breadth of distribution methods is a first for BioWare. Having so many distribution choices is great for us customers, but can cause headaches. The codes will work even if not right now, and we'll be able to continue enjoying the promo items for the lifetime of the game, not just on launch day.

So I take it that the reason my DLC codes are being rejected is not because I can't register my game?

actually im trying to register my xbox 360 Mass Effect UPC, and i cant do it.

It looks to me as if almost no one is getting their registration to work. I cannot, and for that matter, I can't even Log On any more!

Interestingly, these odd responses are somehow related to which room, which Windows version, and which PC I am using. I'm using my primary game box just now, on a hunch. I did get the CD Key to work, type in blocks of four, with spaces between blocks.
I had no trouble at all getting logged in, even though I never had been "here" before ("there") with this system & this OS (Win2000 is just so much simpler and less of a hassle to use, that I keep it dual boot-available on all my PCs), but since I had installed the game on this PC, whether I was planning to play the game immediately or not on it, I had XP running.
