1. I have a valid e-mail address and I cannot remember my password. What should I do?

Enter your e-mail address and your Community Name below and hit "Reset Password". You will receive an e-mail with instructions. Follow the instructions in this e-mail to change your password.

2. I can't remember my Community Name exactly, but I do know my password!

Simply enter your e-mail address and your password below and click "Send My Community Name." Your Community Name will be e-mailed to you.

3. What is a Community Name?

Community Name is the same thing as a Username. It is a name that you are identified with when using the BioWare sites.

4. What is the difference between community member and a Game Owner?

A community member has created an account with a Community Name and a password. They have access to some parts of the site that a casual browser does not.

A Game Owner has created an account with a Community Name and a password (just like a community member) and has also registered their game with BioWare. This provides access to game-owner only forums and sections of our site. Please visit the Edit My Account page to register your game.

5. I'm typing in the password and Community Name that I used to sign up with and it keeps telling me that the Community Name and password are incorrect, but I'm positive the password is correct.

Please ensure that the Community Name and password are both entered exactly as you typed them in when registering. Both Community Name and password are case sensitive. Which means that lowercase letters are different then capital letters. For example 'john' is different from JoHn'.
