The Confederation of Planes & Planets: Linked Worlds

What are the names and websites of the independent worlds involved in your organization right now?
There are two Servers presently on CoPaP:

What sort of vision is your organization pursuing? What do you hope to achieve, and what are your goals?
When initially coming up with a world to do, I always would stop at the old Gazetteers that came out and wondered what it would be like to have the entire collection of them made into servers. Of the 15 Gazetteers we have, Rockhome and Glantri are public. Shadow Elves (which is being built by our head DM Justin), Alfhiem and Ylaruam are in production. We hope to have them available within the next 2-3 months. Our goal is to provide CoPaP with a unique but familiar style of role- and strategic playing, while making sure that the view of the landscape captures the imagination of the player.
Can you tell us about the participating worlds and how you all came to be a part of this?
The first multiplayer game I ever played was NWN, and Rockhome was built shortly there after. I frequented at the server of the creators of nwnx2/aps. One day, as I was trying to add a script to Rockhome, I asked one of the team members of Avlis if I could get a hand with the script because it was a bit complex. Little did I know at that time CoPaP was just about to be released. So, when I eventually came in contact with Orleron, he had already had a rule set for CoPaP all drafted up, and he presented me with an offer to join CoPaP. And if I did, I had a choice to have zeromod (with the rule set, scripts, monsters, and death script all prebuilt ahead of time), or to continue my server the way it was. In both circumstances I had the opportunity to join CoPaP. And here I am!
Can you tell me about your player community?
Our player community is comprised of experienced and excellent roleplayers, all the time making sure that any new players don't get lost in the hills, so to speak. We've had evil (non-grieving) players, to neutral, to good, and they have all displayed a unique style of roleplayeing that make my dungeon mastering unforgettable, and to keep me building.
Are all the participating worlds in your organization exactly the same as far as features and game play? If not, what are some differences?
There are many different worlds. We in CoPaP have tried to keep the basics of playing (etiquette and CoPaP rule are followed) but the variety of worlds in CoPaP should satisfy anyone's imagination. Treasure drops between worlds have to be carefully watched so unequal experience points don't disturb the balance of all the CoPaP worlds and treasure drops.
Presently, Mystara is connected via VaultSTER to three servers of CoPaP. Deglos of Avlis and Moonsea are connected to Rockhome. And Hala is connected to Glantri.
Are there any plans to expand your project?
Very much so. Along with the other worlds of Mystara, I've started on another side project. A lot of campaigns I DM have a connection to the Nine Hells of Baator. In my spare time I've been working on building the nine hells to be included into CoPaP. At the moment, the server is only big enough for small DM campaigns. But, with everything else, it takes time and help, so along with expanding, we will be expanding our team base to include more writers and dungeon masters.
