What are the names and websites of the independent worlds involved in your organization right now?
My world is called Tairis'nādur. Our project is still in its early stages compared to other worlds out there, especially in the world information department. But, I do have a talented, albeit small, team of developers backing me up. They have done some great work so far, and I often hear compliments on how beautiful the world is and how well things fit together. Our website can be found here.
What sort of vision is your organization pursuing? What do you hope to achieve, and what are your goals?
As an organization, I think our ultimate goal is: Options. To give the players many options to pursue, and as much of a variety of worlds to explore as possible.
Can you tell us about the participating worlds and how you all came to be a part of this?
Well, I started work on Tairis'nādur literally the day NWN came out. First thing I did when my fiancé brought a copy of the game home from work was open the toolset. Now, mind you, I didn't realize then that I'd become a part of an organization such as this. Nor had I really seriously planned to produce the module as a full online server. I ended up leaving it "on the shelf" for nearly a year before I found Avlis. After applying for a DM position at Avlis, I decided that it'd be better if I worked on my project again, and started link talks with Orleron. This was long before the organization was actually formed under a name with its own website.
Can you tell me about your player community?
For the most part, each server has, or has had, it's own player base. It doesn't take long before they all mix into the overall player base of the organization though. At the moment, Tairis'nādur is still growing, and we don't have very much to attract solo players. This makes it tough for people to stick around and run into each other, which is when the most fun is to be had - roleplaying with others. Overall, the player base of the CoPaP is great. Some of the best RPers I've seen anywhere.
