Perhaps hearing the faint echoes of the writhing creatures that wait below Deekin decides to haggle for a magical dagger. The craftsmanship of the Drow smiths is delicate and beautiful, much like the surface elves, but each creation seems to almost absorb the light that surrounds it rather than reflect it.
